Averna's Balloon Tip allows you to display a balloon tip at specified coordinate or relative to a control of a front panel. You can specify the color of the balloon and the position of its tip. The API uses events to give feedback if the balloon has been clicked or closed. This toolkit requires VIPM 2014 and is compatible with LabVIEW 2013 (32 and 64 bits) or later as well as Windows XP or later.
