Network ModInst Driver is network-working ModInst driver i.e. the same niModInst driver, to which is added ability to work remotely with a PXI platform.That means you develope and run your VIs on your computer which is connected to the PXI platform. This provides also ability for multiple users to work with one PXI platform.

NetModInst WebService should be installed on your PXI Platform and is serving for the Client Part of the NetModInst, which also can be installed using VIPM. This product doesn't contain any toolkit VIs.Simply install NetModInst WebService on the PXI platform and you can work with the MdoInst devices from any computer,on which is installed NetModInst Client package (appears in packages' list as NetModInst).
Requirements: LabVIEW 2013 RTE.
