The Variant Reconnecting Stream provides you with the functionality of a 1:1, bidirectional, reconnecting network working with LV Variants. Thanks to this you can send anything over the network.

- Changed the input to the API to work with variants instead of classes. This will make the API easier to use for programmers that don't use OOP.

New major change is reflected in the name and in the version of the stream package.
