- Added -nc --no-clean option to not clean when building. This is needed due to a bug in LabVIEW where if you clean before you build an installer, it removes the exes and then the installer build process can't find them and then fails.

- Removed manual and automatic versioning and replaced with just version. Kept it optional, so you can use whatever version is in the buildspec in the project.
- This is a breaking change. The -av flags will no longer work. The -mv flag will still work, but is deprecated and will be removed in a future versions.
