- Now accepts -r in addition to -rn for release notes.
- Removed some old help about autoversioning.
- Now accepts --version for version in addition to -v, -mv, --manual-version etc.
- Adjusted help to remove deprecated flags. Left them in the code still not break any existing workflows.
