Hi Jörg,

I want to share some minor fixes and improvements to this great library that I've made for using this library in production for more than a year now without any problems.

Changes:
S7COMM - Parse Response.vi: Reentrance Issues Change property to shared Clone
S7COMM - Parse Response - Decode Read Item - Split Data Array.vi: Reentrance Issues Change property to shared Clone
S7COMM - Parse Response - Evaluate Header.vi: Reentrance Issues Change property to shared Clone
IsConnected.vi: Add this VI to API Subfolder
TCP - Close Connection.vi: Reset member variable TCP Ref after disconnection
S7COMM - DTL--cluster.ctl: Change access scope to public; Move to Ctrls & Types for using this cluster outside of the library

Martin Nöhrer Hy. Sorry I'm currently working with LV2020. I think the changes are minimal to rewrite it.
