EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) — First Deadline September 2026
If you sell LabVIEW-based software and systems in the EU, please be aware that new CRA regulations may require you to implement security vulnerability reporting starting September 11, 2026. The VIPM Team has prepared guides to help you understand how this applies to your software applications and published packages, since it's important you understand these regulatory requirements (click the Learn More link to read these guides). Thank you for your help in keeping security front-and-center within the LabVIEW community.

It would be awesome, if there was a way to override the default URL in order to leverage the gov cloud versions of these tools. I was able to make a copy of the library and make the necessary modifications to change the URL but it would be nice if there was a way on the high level API for things like S3 to be able to specify a url that isn't always "https://s3.amazonaws.com" for example.

Brent Justice I just ran into the same issue. I had to modify the library to allow for me to point to a gov cloud instance. Is this source code available in a repo somewhere so that I can fork it and run a VIPM build without having to in-place modify the installed VIs?

Brent Justice Oh! I think I found the repo on github. Someone should add a source-code link to this VIPM https://github.com/ni/aws-toolkit
