Set VIPM to allow future runtime engines

I have needed to install and reinstall LabVIEW several times and this has been uninstalling the 2019 Runtime Engine that VIPM depends on. I have installed the 2020 RTE, but I still need to install the 2019 RTE as well. Is there a reason that VIPM can't use the 2020 RTE? Could you enable future Runtime Engines to run the software?

Not a huge deal but it has been pretty annoying to have to keep installing the 2019 RTE just for VIPM
