Add BSD License Notice?

Hi,

This tool is great. I see it is BSD licensed - is the license notice within the sourcecode somewhere?

I looked in the individual VI documentation and in the vi.lib folder but couldn't see it. When I read up on BSD I saw 'the BSD license is a simple license that merely requires that all code retain the BSD license notice if redistributed in source code format, or reproduce the notice if redistributed in binary format'. So I would be worried about reusing it in sourcecode without a LICENSE.txt or the license on the front panels.
